His background spans NHRA Nitro Funny Cars, Jet Funny Cars, Time Trial competition, and wheel-to-wheel road racing, combining decades of competitive experience with the discipline of a professional aviator. As the founder of Bennett Motorsports Support, Chris provides driver coaching, race engineering, trackside support, vehicle preparation, and complete arrive-and-drive programs. His coaching combines aviation-style briefings and debriefings with Garmin Catalyst, onboard video, and data analysis to create personalized improvement plans for drivers of all skill levels. History

Chris has competed across multiple forms of motorsports throughout his career, beginning with NHRA dragsters, Nitro Funny Cars/ Fuel Altereds and Jet Funny Cars while also competing in road racing and endurance competition. Today he actively competes in Corvette-based Time Trial and wheel-to-wheel racing. His experience includes high-performance engine building vehicle dynamics, chassis setup, aerodynamic development, braking techniques, tire management, racecraft, and data-driven performance analysis. Career highlights include: 2014 Corvette Challenge Champion (Rookie Season) NASA TT1 West Coast Region Runner-Up with numerous podium finishes Builder and campaigner of multiple Corvette race cars for Time Trial and wheel-to-wheel competition Current owner and driver of Brian the Car, a NASA ST1/ST2 and SCCA T1 endurance race Corvette Current owner and driver of Black Betty, a dedicated HPDE and driver development Corvette
