Jared McFadden

Looking for opportunities

By day, I manage excavation projects, navigate real estate contracts, and as a hobby I run a powder coating business. By race weekend, I'm just looking for a team that values personal growth without the egos. I'm a pragmatic, down-to-earth Ohioan who is equally comfortable analyzing telemetry or troubleshooting mechanical gremlins. Just looking to lock in a seat with a reliable crew that values straightforward communication and solid execution on race day.
